In my intelligence profile, I learn best in the intrapersonal style. This type of style is independent and is also more focusing on my own thinking. I learn best in this style because I analyze my own ideas a lot. I have many goals that I would like to accomplish in my life. I keep a check list on my mind on what I want to become and how I will complete them.
There are many things that motivate me in my life. Sometimes I sit down and think on my past. During this time I see how it reflects on myself and how it motivates me as an individual today. Majority of the things that influence me today are the students that I am with. I work at an elementary school and I always have numerous students who tell me stories of what happened in their life. I always strive to be some type a role model in their eyes because if I am that “role model”, I will be able to motivate them in some sort of way. Either if I motivate them to do their homework or read a little bit extra, I will feel closer to fulfilling myself. I feel motivating a child can be difficult sometimes but I learn how to improve every day. Motivating a child motivates me to accomplish my goals on my checklist.

I too feel that motivating a child is difficult but then I love a challenge. Watching them grow and blossom is a reward in itself.
